Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aivo.one and all of its products, including Proofy (together, the "Service"), provided by Harmony Quest ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for or using the Service, you ("you", "your", "User") agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users.

At the end of the trial, you can choose a paid plan to continue using the Service.

3. Subscription & Payment

We offer both monthly and yearly subscription plans.

Subscription fees are billed in advance, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and taxes.

We may adjust pricing with prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

Users may request a refund within 7 days of the first subscription payment.

Refund requests must be submitted to team@aivo.one.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to bank/payment provider timelines.

After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Transmit spam, malware, or malicious content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or related systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding your User Content) remain with Harmony Quest.

You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a license to process it as needed to provide the Service.

7. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you consent to such data processing.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon termination, prepaid fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmony Quest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
