All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as provided below.
2. Free Trial
You will not be charged during the 14-day free trial.
If you choose a paid plan after the trial, standard billing applies.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only within 7 days of your first subscription payment.
No refunds are issued for renewals, upgrades, or partial usage.
4. Requesting a Refund
Send your refund request to team@aivo.one within the 7-day window.
Include account details, payment date, and reason for refund.
5. Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
6. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
